Last week was my first time coming to Miyabi, the ambience was great and had really good vibes. The service was fast and the staff were very nice! Gaby was my server for the night, she recommended some foods to start off with. She was very nice and helpful. The broth was super flavorful and the crispy garlic was delicious.
This is now my go-to shabu spot!

Wow, Miyabi Shabu is awesome. It's my friend's favorite shabu spot in Irvine and I can see why! The service, food and atmosphere were all on point.

I ordered the large angus top blade which was the leanest cut of meat. My friend ordered the plate of beef tongue. Both cuts were delicious, and the veggies with noodles for the end were perfection. I got the tonkotsu soup and enjoyed it thoroughly. Will definitely be back when in Irvine!

This place always have food that hits the spot! My favorite people who always provide top tier service is Will, Alyssa, and Tommy, every time I come in I look for them. The AYCE is my to go meal whenever I come in with my friends and we leave full and happy. Couldn't recommend this place more!

Great place to have dinner with family or even birthdays with 10+ people. They got private rooms, great quality food and vibey ambience. Service is always great. Our server Will takes care of us every time we visit. 10/10 def recommend.

I want to start off on how good the service was. Tommy, the manager there, was very attentive and did a great job creating a wonderful experience for us. It was our first time here and he made it clear what was good on the menu.

The vibe was dope. I really like how they offered both shabu and the grill. Lots of variety of foods to choose from. The quality of the waygu was bomb. You can see the marbling of the fat on the meat. The sukiyaki soup also tasted good. Prefer it over Mokkoji's for sure.

Overall, if anyone is craving a nice shabu and grilled bbq, come thru to this shop. It's worth the time and money, ay.

I recently tried Miyabi, which was recommended by my daughter as this is her favorite spot. We went for lunch and immediately got seated by the server. We got the beef tongue, seafood mix, and the prime ribeye. My personal favorite was their beef tongue because you can tell that they use high quality meat. Our server Gabby was so friendly and made sure we were taken care of. Overall, I would come back to try the other meats and broths that they offer!

Food overall was very yummy! I HIGHLY recommend getting beef tongue if you do the AYCE for the yakiniku/BBQ. It's a very tender meat and very flavorful! If that type of food scares you, not to worry, they have short rib, rib finger meat, zabuton (very tender, also known as Denver steak), and ribeye. The shabu shabu portion is fairly similar to any other place, but quality of meat is what stands out. I came to dine around 6:00 and luckily not too crowded. If you do visit and have the chance, ask for Isaiah to be your server. This man DOES NOT MISS your orders! And even with the other 6-7 tables that he is waiting, he will make sure you feel good and ask if you need any more orders of food. When I do come back, I will be focusing all my stomach capacity for the yakiniku!
